WHAT YOU WOULD BE EXPECTED TO DO:

  • Liaising with other divisions (especially with the IT team)
  • Ensure smooth communication/ operations overall
  • Provide services to existing accounts
  • Prospect and obtain orders and establish new accounts
  • Assist in challenging client requests/ issue escalations
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key customer stakeholders
  • Conduct market research with a view to developing new clients, partners, services, products, distribution channels to increase sales
  • Work with internal team to develop proposals, concept notes, presentations as required
  • Lead sourcing, data analysis, reporting  and presentation to support strategic decision making
  • Initiate, present and consult with senior and mid-level executives for corporate, Govt. and institutional tie-ups
    and manage the follow-up process
  • Develop, manage and be responsible for end to end operations/ client satisfaction and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs/ events/ seminars
  • Showcase progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and people skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Basic commercial awareness and demonstrate advanced business acumen
  • An on-trend individual who studies and observes changes in global business trends and is able to adapt ideas and solutions from them
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple portfolios and be mobile (open to travel)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

 

GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • Good command over written/oral English
  • Exposure in Information Technology solutions/ IT sales
  • Technical writing or Govt. proposal writing experience
  • Exposure in B2B Sales/ business development roles/ retail/ e-commerce background/ customer-focussed professions (preferred but not necessary)
  • Knowledge on bidding for and converting Govt. tender is an added advantage but NOT essential
